RETAINERS AND SERVICE FEES

The firm charges fees for its services which are a specific percentage of the candidates’ annual base salary. The firm can be contracted in one of three ways: Retained Search Contingent Search Short-Term Contract

Clinton, Charles, Wise & Company can service your critical recruiting assignments by finding candidates for your open positions and forwarding the names to your personnel department on an hourly rate basis. This service involves searching many different databases, directories, and using other services to supply your human resource people with a reservoir of potential candidates.

 

OUTPLACEMENT SERVICES

The firm offers outplacement services which are performed on a short-term contract basis. Depending on the breadth of the assignment, outplacement candidates are put through an intensive seminar and are coached in several areas including:

CONSULTING SERVICES

The firm can be contracted to work on specific human resource assignments. In particular, the firm specializes in addressing security issues as it relates to retaining and keeping its top talent. The firm conducts an investigation and an analysis; strategize with the client; and renders specific recommendations for corrective action.
